Jennifer Winget (best known as Dr Riddhima of Dill Mill Gayye) believes in eating everything. Though she avoids exercising, she relies on yoga to stay fit. She is an absolute foodie and a hard-core non-vegetarian.

Read on as Jennifer shares her fitness regime with DillMillGayye20.blogspot.com.

Personal fitness mantra: Eat right, sleep well and eat everything but not in excess.
Personal diet mantra: Drink lots of water and eat food that suits your body.

Exercise routine: No workouts; I believe in yoga.

Is food the elixir of life?
Yes, it’s very important as we earn for food.
Are you a foodie?

Are you a vegetarian or non-vegetarian?

Favourite cuisine: Japanese
Favourite dish: Maaki rolls
Favourite restaurant: I can eat anywhere; the place should be hygienic and the food, well cooked.
A must on my breakfast table: My mixed vegetable juice
Sugar or sugar-free for my tea/coffee: I drink coffee rarely, with little sugar.

Lunch generally consists of:
home cooked food, dal , rice, chappatis , salad and maybe, a piece of chicken.
For high-tea you would prefer:
I generally don’t indulge in it but sometimes I just have a fruit.

Dinner generally consists of:
its almost similar to my lunch.
Dessert delights:
I don’t have a sweet tooth but I love to eat chocolates.

My favourite drink (non-alcoholic):
Lemon iced tea

My favourite drink (alcoholic):
I don’t drink but sometimes I have a glass of wine.
At parties I have:
I can’t eat at parties, I can’t eat when I see excess food or if the place is overcrowded.

Most unusual dish I've tasted:
Once I tried making a pudding and it turned out to be a disaster and I couldn’t finish it.
Experiment with food:
I stopped experimenting after the pudding incident.
On the streets, I love to have…
Pani puri

Do you cook?
No, I can make only rotis
