Remember this scene ?
I bet you do , if you have followed this show from the very beginning. The very first Armaan-Riddhima (Karan-Shilpa) scene , the mind blowing chemistry in between them , the very first basketball match we got to see on this show. Who can forget Dill Mill Gayye , who can forget Armaan Riddhima , who can forget Sanjeevani ? Definitely none of the DMG fans. I am sure most of the fans must be feeling nostalgic now remembering all their favourite scenes. Yes the show has come to an end !

DMG started with a great story of 5 friends and their interpersonal relationships. The 5 interns Armaan, Riddhima, Atul, Anjali and Sapna made Sanjeevani a lively hospital and gave us fans a great show to watch out for. Later joined in by 2 more interns Muskaan and Rahul made the show reach even a greater height. The main reason viewers fell in love with the show was the KaSh (Karan-Shilpa) chemistry. It not only made the show an instant hit amongst the youth but also helped Star One in its TRP competition.

The show did hit the wrong notes when the lead actress Shilpa Anand decided to quit the show allegedly due to hostile treatment from the production house. Sukirti Kandpal who joined in as the new Riddhima then was not accepted by all fans but still welcomed by some others. Slowly Sukirti was successful in making a decent fanbase for her. But unfortunately even she decided to quit the show after its not so good plat and storyline. Thereafter joined in Jennifer Winget , who instantly connected with the fans and thus KaJen became popular in a short period of time.

The story did undergo some drastic changes with introduction of new interns.
But on popular demand by the fans, AR finally lived happily ever after.

I have been a great fan of this show especially KaSh , and the first few months of DMG were like a treat for me to watch. Though I felt, the story in the last few months was baseless and the creatives just wanted to drag the show somehow.

I feel nostalgic remembering all those AR scenes. If DMG comes back with a new season I would just hope the production house decide to pair up KSG and Shilpa Anand.

Dill Mill Gaye' fans have a reason to celebrate as they are in for some masti and fun-filled scenes before the Star One and Cinevistaas show wraps up on 29th October.What's more? Armaan (Karan Singh Grover) and Riddhima (Jennifer Winget) fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief as the creatives have now planned to unite their favourite jodi.Says Amita Devadiga, Creative Head, "We will be getting together Armaan and Riddhima. With Shilpa (Shilpa Anand) already exiting, we might now show that Sid (Karan Wahi) sacrifices his love".

Though the creative team has not yet finalized on the manner in which they plan to shoot the much awaited union of the leads, one can be pretty sure of a happy ending. The team is also bringing the old flavour of the show back by getting the characters of Dr Atul (Pankit Thakker), Dr Anjali (Sunaina Gulia), Dr Shubhankar (Ayaz Khan) and Dr Kirti (Sonia Singh) once again. We hear that in the episodes to come, Sid will take the ultimate decision.

The song will show the bonding between the two men and with this song Dill Mill Gaye viewers will see its old flavor coming back to its track. Star One long running show Dil Mill Gayye will now wind up on October 15th...

Cinevistaa's long running show on Star One Dill Mill Gayye has completed its successful run, and will be bidding adieu on October 15th. The story which started on a full filled note has a huge fan following and for the favorite on screen pairs they have offered. The latest is that DMG will now be making way for Rajesh Chaddha's Yeh Ishq Haaye which launches on October 18th.Siddhart Malhotra confirmed the news saying "Yes, it is going to be an end of an era for us. We will think of coming back with Season 2 if the channel and viewers want it."

Ironically, the show celebrated the milestone of completion of 700 episodes just yesterday. We hear that the production house is planning to host a grand farewell party soon. As for the loyal viewers , they will miss indeed their favorite show now!

Dill Mill Gayye to bid farewell on 15th october !!!

The show that started off as a sequel to Sanjeevani that aired on Star Plus, is now tipped to wrap up by this month-end. Going by the buzz, the channel has decided to pull the show off due to poor ratings.

A source informs, “The show has not been doing well for quite some time now and the production house is aware of it. The show had run into a lot of controversies more for its off-screen drama. The actors had also threatened to walk out of the show if the tracks weren’t worked on. However even after the revision of the tracks, the TRPs slipped further. Also the channel has several shows lined up and finally the decision to pull the show off air was taken. The show is set to go off air by the third week of October. The dates that the production house is looking at is probably the 15th or the 18th of this month.”We spoke to Karan Wahi, who plays Sid to confirm the news but he feigned ignorance. Says Wahi, “I have heard the rumours as well but we haven’t been intimated by the production house yet.”

Shilpa Anand echoed Wahi’s words and said, “I have heard about these rumours as well. But I have no idea about it. We haven’t been told anything yet.”

All efforts to get in touch with Palki Malhotra, the creative head remained futile.

Producer Siddarth Malhotra confirmed the news but was unsure of the date.

Yeh Ishq Haaye, the new show by Panglosean Entertainment is said to be replacing Dill Mill Gayye in the 8.00 pm slot.

How scary was Fear Factor- Khatron Ke Khiladi x3?
It was indeed scary, lot of hard stunts its both physically and mentally tough. And things would turn worse when we were expected to perform the stunts in 2 degree temperature, that too at night. Also I like insects but handling too much of them at the same time is not easy (smiles).

Looking at any particular stunt did your inner voice prompt you I don't want to perform this one?
Not really. The stunts were scary no doubt about it but, at the same time it was fun performing them. Though no layman including me would think of doing anything like that in his normal routine (smiles) but, as I'm quite sporty about such acts it was like an adventure trip for me.And how was the experience with the leading lady Priyanka Chopra?
It was nice she's good, very supportive and we all gelled along very well. According to me she is very good as a host and is doing a great job.

You are also suffering from some injuries could you tell us something about it?
Yup I have injured my knee and was even suffering from 103 degree temperature. Also my early persisting shoulder and back pain showed up again. But we had a physiotherapist on board so wasn't much of a problem.

And who flirted with her the most?
We all were in equal scores on that (smiles). And she is a sweetheart.

How well was the show organized?
It was quite organized and we shot at beautiful places. Also handling 13 contestants and their partners, in all 26 people is not an easy task. But from the time we landed in Brazil all things were in place for us. So, it was great.

To perform such stunts what is more necessary physical abilities or mental setup?
I think both are equally important while performing the stunts can't fall short of anything. A right balance between the two has to be stuck to complete the stunt.

As a layman do you think the show this time is going to be interesting to watch?
Yes, of course it is fascinating and from viewers point of view I think there is a perfect blend of everything they look out for in a reality show.

So did this reality show work as a break for you from your hectic fiction show?
Yes, it did, though I'm evicted now I was hoping for a longer break (smiles). And it is different in all respects so I have enjoyed myself thoroughly.

If you could name, one contestant who kept the atmosphere light on shoots?
Cyrus (smiles) continuously kept on talking, commenting so it was a pleasure working with him and I hope to work with him in future too.

Among the 12 contestants with whom did you share an amazing rapport?
All were very friendly with each other and quite supportive but among all I gelled on well with Rahul Bose he is a very intellectual person to talk with.

To the end what according to you lead to your early elimination?
See the show is not about my individual capabilities we have a companion with us so at the end it is about luck and co-ordination, I think that didn't work in my favor.

Finally some message for the your fans?

Balaji Telefilms has finally got its lead cast for the adaptation of Twilight on Star One, tentatively titled Fanaa...

After months of struggle, Balaji Telefilms seems to have finally got their lead pair to play the desi version of Edward Cullen and Bella Swan in the adaptation of Twilight, tentatively titled 'Fanaa' for Star One.

We had earlier reported that the creative team had two options to choose from, when it came to the male lead. The choice was between Vivian Dsena who came to the limelight with Kasamh Se and Vivan Bhatena who was last seen in Ekta's Pyaar Ka Bandhan.

A little birdie tells us that, "It is Vivian Dsena who has been finalized to play the role of Edward Cullen in Ekta's upcoming show on Star One".

Even though the production house was looking for a fresh face for the female lead, the team has now opted for a known face to play the role.

An insider quips, "Sukirti Khandpal who was last seen in Zee TV's Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo had been short listed for the role few days back. However, as a late option came in Additi Gupta of Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil. But now, things seem to have worked out between the production house and Sukirti, and she will be donning the main role in the show".

If sources are to be believed, both Vivian Dsena and Sukirti Khandpal have accepted the offer and all looks positive as far as the show's future is concerned.

However, Vivian Dsena who was last seen in Colors' Ganga told us, "Nothing is final as of now. I have not been informed of anything".

Sukirti on her part said, "I am as of now flying to Bangkok for an ad. I will be back in three days time. Yes, I have been offered the role and talks are certainly on. But I will be taking the final call only after I get back".

Well, we are certainly looking forward to this adaptation of Twilight coming from Ekta.

With the entry of Shilpa Anand, the fact has been established, if not obviously, that Riddhima (Jennifer Winget) will go with Sid (Karan Wahi) and Armaan (Karan Singh Grover) will start a new phase in his life with Shilpa (Shilpa Anand) on Star One's Dill Mill Gaye.

The latest is that, Riddhima will become more receptive and reciprocative of Sid's attempts at romancing her. According to our source, "Now that Sid has confessed to Riddhima about his feelings for her, there will be marked difference in her behaviour towards him."

The source says, "The two will start living together. The poles apart personalities that they are, they will try to change for one another, make adjustments that would make life compatible with each other."

"Now, there will be no more fights between the two. Just slow realization of the love they have for each other and the deep understanding of each other's feelings. There will be soft subtle romance brewing between the two, quite unlike the raging hatred that once brought them together," the source adds.

We spoke to Karan Wahi who says, "Yes, I have already shot for the sequence where Riddhima and I have started living together."

Will this be similar to Salaam Namaste in any way? "I haven't shot for anything that is similar to Salaam Namaste. We are a married couple who have finally made up our mind to live in the same house," he says.

We asked Karan if the current turn of events definitely plaster the fate of intern Shilpa as the lover of Dr.Armaan. To this the actor jovially replies, "Well, now Sid is fully concentrating on settling his life with Riddhima. He really doesn't have the time to check in on other people's love lives!"

Thus begins a new chapter in the parallel love stories of Rid-Sid and Shilpa-Armaan.

Neha Jhulka who essayed the role of Naina in Star One's Dill Mill Gaye gained a lot of fan following in a short span of time will be back in Sony TV's Crime Patrol.

Neha Jhulka had recently opted out of DMG as she wasn't satisfied with the manner in which her character was shaping up and after that she has been busy shooting for advertisements.

Now it seems as if Sony TV's concept of Crime Patrol really excited her and that is why she made up her mind to take it up.

A Little birdie informed us that, "Neha Jhulka will be seen in Crime Patrol essaying the role of Jessica Lal and the story is based on her life."

For the uninitiated, the Boolywood industry is also coming with a movie related to same theme under the aegis 'No One Killed Jessica' wherein Vidya Balan will be seen enacting the role of Sabrina Lal, Jessica's sister.

The episode of Neha Jhulka was aired on 23rd June, Wednesday at 10.30pm.

We all know that Shilpa Anand is the first person to have portrayed Riddhima. Whereas Karan Singh Grover has been consistently playing Dr. Armaan since day one. The actor is happy to have Shilpa Anand back on the team of Star One's Dill Mill Gayye after such a long gap.

In fact he had made a statement earlier to us that went - 'I will miss Shilpa Anand a lot'.

According to our source, "Even when Shilpa Anand left DMG, there was no break of camaraderie between her and Karan Singh Grover. So her return to the team after this elongated hiatus has only made Karan happy, as any friend would be to get back in touch with an old pal."

The source further says, "It's as if they never lost touch. The shots they have together are filled with fun and laughter. However, after welcoming Shilpa back, Karan has taken off to Goa on a ten day break. Let's just say he has an added reason to celebrate his time in Goa - his reunion with a friend!"

"Shilpa plays an intern named Dr. Shilpa and she will be working under Dr. Armaan. Sooner or later, their relationship would go beyond being professional and she will be Armaan's girl," says the source.

Siddharth aka Karan Wahi of Star One Dil Mil Gaye fame, who eagerly awaits for his birthday every year after being part of such a popular show had all the reason to celebrate his Birthday in the most enthralling way.undefined Karan Wahi who believes in enjoying every moment of his 'D' day threw a great Birthday Bash for all his friends and co-stars on 8th midnight itself rocked it on the entire night. When contacted, the Birthday Boy in a sleepy yet joyous tone exclaimed, "Yes, as every year I'm completely excited for my Birthday and actually I had planned for a small party for friends but then on party night I realized I have so many friends (smiles) and it turned out to be a grand event."

On asking him to give a small brief about his day's venture he asserted, "Firstly come what may I never work on my Birthday so it was a day off for me and then I had partied so hard the previous night that I crawled lazily on my bed for half the day and then again had an unplanned outing with friends." And how can a birthday pass without gifts.
"Oh! Yes I have received a lot of gifts but haven't got the time to open them and see. So as of now I'm just enjoying the feeling of having them", said Karan Wahi.

Shilpa Anand the original Riddhima of Dill Mill Gayye is back from the show.

There was a time when Shilpa Anand fans lamented when the actress opted out of Star One's Dill Mill Gayye!! And the loyal fans have been waiting for their good old Riddhima to come back to the show, ever since.

The news is that Shilpa Anand, the original Riddhima is as well be a part of Dill Mill Gayye again.

According to our source, "Talks with Shilpa have been on for a while now, but the channel and production house have been tight-lipped about it. Even now, there is no confirmation as such got on Shilpa's return".

One set of source told us that Shilpa would be back, and this time not as Riddhima but as a whole new character of Dr. Kangan who will be the new love of Armaan (Karan Singh Grover). However, there is also a buzz that she might be even replacing Jennifer Winget as Riddhima, as Jennifer's contract is about to expire soon.

We contacted Palki Malhotra, Script Head to get an official confirmation. "To tell you frankly, talks are on with Shilpa Anand. I would not deny it. But we have not got any final confirmation from the channel on this, and we are waiting for their nod", Palki said.

When asked her whether if at all Shilpa makes it back, would she come in as a new character, Palki refused to comment. And when we probed further asking whether there is a possibility of Shilpa coming in as Riddhima, she answered with a 'May Be. You never know!!".

We got in touch with Shilpa Anand who said, "Talks are surely on. But I have not got any kind of confirmation as yet".

A little birdie told us that the probable reason for a delay in finalizing Shilpa might be that she is demanding big money!!

Why France?
France is so beautiful who doesn't want to go? There especially the south of France and if you have your loved ones with you then there's nothing like it.

You know I don't believe in resolutions because I don't believe that there's any point telling yourself that you won't do this or you won't do that. I will do whatever I want to because it makes me happy.

Are you getting to feel on the set that people are arranging something special for you…as a surprise?
No I didn't feel anything of that sort and I don't think such a thing is underway because everyone is so busy …no I don't think they have that kind of time to be doing such things.

Who do you think will wish you first on the sets?

Haha …yeah there are two Karans these days…I think Karan Singh Grover, because he's been there since Kasauti days…

Is your family disappointed that you're working on your birthday?
My family is very disappointed that I'm working on my birthday… par kya karein paapi pet ke liye karna padta hai (but what to do for the sinner stomach you gotta do it).

Any family traditions for your birthday?
My dad used to do this when I was a kid ...see it's a tradition so I never used to lock my bedroom door on my birthday eve and my dad would fill it with flowers and teddy bears and till date I haven't had the guts to tell my dad that I hate teddy bears…the gesture was so sweet I just couldn't.

Does your mom cook any special dish…say your favorite dish on your birthday?
Actually I love fish…mom makes amazing fish…but it's not my birthday dish…we normally eat out on occasions.

Are you very naughty?
I am very naughty. Especially for my nephew who calls me mumbua, he came with this word on his own, I need to be very naughty cause there's no other way you can handle him…he's diabolic!

Why did you take up a character that had been already portrayed by two other people?
Challenge. I love challenges. I agree that Riddhima is the kind of character that has been played a lot with cause this is the kind of show where there is no domination by a woman or any other character. I had no reason not to take this up. All my friends were into this show. The show in itself was popular so yeah nothing as such stopped me from taking it.

Did you always want to be an actor?
I never had time to think that I should do this and I shouldn't do this because I started working when I was twelve. I was very young and the offers started pouring in …good offers started pouring in and I started enjoying the whole process…so acting just sort of happened.

Ideas for Bollywood?
It's every actor's dream to adorn the big screen. I won't say I'm getting a lot of offers from Bollywood and that I'm thinking about it. I haven't got any offers so far. If at all I get a good offer I will definitely go for it. I want to do a film which when my fans watch would say – 'Ah! Good she waited for so long. This is worth the wait'. I don't want to do any kind of movie just for the sake of it. I want to do a movie which gives me the right platform and which my fans would like. They shouldn't look at me and say – 'Oh why did she do this'…in fact I don't want to look at myself and wonder why did I ever sign up for it.

What do you have to say about the adaptation of movies in shows?
I don't know, I don't really know, I guess when a show has been running for three years after a certain point the genuineness comes to an end. The show has to get inspired by something. It's not a bad thing it's not a good thing, it's just how it is. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't . If you take up a concept it's not wrong, it's about the way you execute it. If you do that right it makes the whole thing superb.

So Jennifer, who do you think Riddhima should go along with, Armaan or Sid?
I don't think about that question, I have other things to think about (laughs).

With whom do you share a better onscreen rapport Karan Wahi or Karan Singh?
I don't know yaar, I think both of them. Both of my co-stars are such brilliant, fun loving, good hearted people that it's very difficult to choose. With Karan Singh Grover, there's so much history and so much bonding. With Karan Wahi there's so much playfulness and so much freshness. It's very difficult to choose. I know fans fight over Armaan- Riddhima and Siddharth- Riddhima. I know what they are going through because somewhere I also go through the same thing, somewhere Armaan also goes through the same thing, somewhere Sid also goes through the same thing because we are all so attached to our characters. It's a situation where you don't know what's right and what's wrong. It's a complicated situation because I share a great chemistry with both my co actors.

Your passions apart from acting.
Reading. I read whatever is kept in front of me except for newspapers. I find newspapers very depressing and boring, sorry. Mostly I like to read a lot of phil-o-sophy (makes weird face).I know it sounds boring but it's not boring.

Your most memorable date till date…
I never have been out on dates …maybe during college …I'm not a very romantic person..I'm a little weird that way.

What do you prefer reality shows or fiction?
I'm doing a fiction show right now along with hosting a reality show. So I can't really choose. But dancing in a reality show and doing fiction won't be possible for me. It's too much work. Itna kaam mujhse nahi hota hai (so much work is not done by me).

What kind of reviews have you been getting for Zara Nachke Dikha?
Very good reviews!

Which other character would you like to play in the future?
Lara Croft. I would love to play Lara Croft. Is somebody listening to me? I would really, really want to play Lara Croft. It's too good a movie, I wish somebody would make one for me. It would be like a dream come true.

Any message to your fans?
To my dear, dear, dear, dearest fans I love you. I want to say thank you for the support, for standing by me and I know half of you are not liking what Riddhima is doing and half of you are really loving it. I want to say as Jennifer I love all of you ...and you know what I like about you? Even if you don't like something on the show you convey to me in a very sweet way and sometimes in a not so sweet way but most of the times in a very sweet way. I just want to thank you. From the Dostana track, Star One's Dill Mill Gaye will now move to the Kal Ho Na Ho track, wherein Armaan will give Sid tips to woo Riddhima...

Star One's Dill Mill Gaye, produced by Cinevistaas had recently taken the Dostana route which saw some great friendship emerging between Armaan (Karan Singh Grover) and Sid (Karan Wahi). The bond between the two lads is only getting stronger as Armaan continues to play cupid in the lives of Sid and Riddhima (Jennifer Winget).

After the 'Uff Teri Ada' seductive performance coming from a drunken Riddhima, the next step of Armaan is to use a '6 din ladki IN' concept followed by SRK in the movie Kal Ho Na Ho.

According to our source, "Armaan has not been able to let go of Riddhima; however he understands the fact that she being a typical Indian wife has to lead a happy life with Sid. With much difficulty, Armaan is trying his best to play cupid to the married couple. He will now advise Sid by giving him tips to get back his love. His formula will help Sid in getting the girl in the next six days. This will again be a light track wherein he will educate Sid with tips daily, which will start with Sid ignoring Riddhima on the first day, then he will start liking what she likes and so on and so forth".

Get ready for yet another roller coaster track picked up from a popular movie…

Madhura Naik who essays the role of Suvarna in Dill Mill Gaye has been on bed rest for the past one week, with acute food poisoning...

Madhura Naik who plays the role of Suvarna in Star One's Dill Mill Gaye has not been reporting to shoot for the past one week. When we probed into it, we got to know that the actress is suffering from acute food poisoning, and has been advised to be on bed by doctors.

When contacted, a very ill Madhura told us, "I am on bed rest for the past one week. I had a sever food poisoning; the doctor had strictly advised me to rest for few days. I a resuming shoot for DMG from tomorrow, as all my banks are exhausted".

Stating the reason for ill health Madhura said, "I really don't know what caused it. But I guess I had something outside that created all problems".

Hinting on the track ahead in DMG, she quips, "I am excited to resume shoot now (smiles). Suvarna's love angle with Yuvi (Sehban Azim) will be shown now."

Neha Jhulka Exit From Dill Mill Gaye

Neha Jhulka who essayed the role of Naina in Star One's Dill Mill Gaye gained a lot of fan following in a short span of time, and her chemistry with Yuvi aka Sehban Azim has been appreciated a lot.

Neha has now decided to call it quits to Dill Mill Gaye, as she is not creatively satisfied.

When contacted, Neha told us, "Yes, it is true that I have opted out of Dill Mill Gaye. I have nothing against anyone, but it is just that I am not happy with the way my character has shaped up; I am not getting whatever was promised when I got into the show".

"I would want to thank all my fans, for all the support and love that I have got. I understand that they have been desperate to get Armaan (Karan Singh Grover) and Riddhima (Jennifer Winget) back in the show, and I am happy that they have got their leads back. But I somewhere felt that the creative team could not do justice to my character. I had a word with them, and they were nice enough to let me off my contract", informs Neha.

Neha wants to get back to her first love, i.e. modelling. "I want to take a break for at least 3-4 weeks, before I take up anything new. I want to take up some modelling assignments, also enjoy a vacation (smiles)", she states.

Ask her whether she would get back to Dill Mill Gaye at any time, and she is quick to say, "I would love to. DMG is one serial that I have loved being part of, and if the creatives have something good planned in the future, I would surely come back".

Naina will be shown moving out of Sanjeevani, while Yuvi will remain to be part of the show.

Pankit Thakker is a happy man these days, after being nominated for the Best Comic Role in the Popular category at the Gold Awards to be held in Mumbai this time!!

Well, the actor is elated for another reason too, as he has bagged a meaty role in Imagine's upcoming show, produced by UTV Telly Talkies, titled Rakt Sambandh.

According to our source, "Pankit Thakker will be one of the leads in the multi-cast show. He is the guy opposite Sonali Nikam, who happens to be the third sister. His is a performance oriented role, which he has never attempted before".

As per our source, the role was earlier to be essayed by Prashant Chawla, but now it will be Pankit donning the character.

When contacted, Pankit Thakker confirmed the news and said, "Yes, I am part of Imagine's Rakt Sambhandh. It is a challenging role, and this is all that I can say at this moment".

The promo of the show featuring the five sisters Bhairavi Gupte, Sayantani Ghosh, Sonali Nikam, Gungun Uprari and Sriti Jha along with their father, to be played by South actor Kitty has been shot near Satara. The show has gone on floors yesterday.

Star One's Dill Mill Gaye is getting back to a fun-filled flavor with the 'Dostana' track between Armaan and Sid.

Star One's Dill Mill Gaye, produced by Cinevistaas which has been dealing with some heavy duty drama for some time now, will go back to its old fun-filled flavour.

Yes, we are talking of the tremendous on screen rapport that is going to be explored between the two male protagonists, Dr. Armaan (Karan Singh Grover) and Sid (Karan Wahi) by way of a Dostana track.

The track will be something similar to the Kal Ho Na Ho one between Shahrukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan, wherein Sid and Armaan will be misunderstood by people around them to be gays.

According to our source, "The idea behind bringing this kind of track is to break away from the drama element that was shown till now. This will be a brief track which will be fun-filled, with some hilarious scenes shot between Armaan and Sid".

As reported, it so happens that Armaan lands up in Sid's house after Riddhima (Jennifer Winget) walks out of her home. Armaan plans to convince Sid to bring back his wife. However, the turn of events will be such that, the two guys will be misunderstood to being in a relationship.

Well, we have seen some fabulous chemistry between Armaan-Riddhima, as well as Sid-Riddhima till now!! Guess it is the Armaan-Sid chemistry that will do the talking in days to come!!

Efforts of Armaan to unite Sid and Riddhima will go wrong, with Riddhima walking out of her husband's house in Star One's Dill Mill Gaye...

Star One's Dill Mill Gaye will now witness Dr. Armaan (Karan Singh Grover) taking all the steps possible to unite Sid (Karan Wahi) and Riddhima (Jennifer Winget).

As we know, a Karva chauth sequence has been planned wherein Armaan tries to bring Sid to break the fast of Riddhima. However, Sid refuses to believe that Riddhima loves him and has kept fast for him.

Soon after this, there will be a Kites festival incorporated in the track wherein Armaan thro' a song will try to unite Sid and Riddhima.According to our source, "Soon after the Karva chauth sequence, all will be seen having some fun playing kites. The interns, Armaan, Sid, Riddhima, Shashank and others will be there in the sequence. The number 'Aal izz Well' from 3 Idiots will be used for this particular sequence. While Armaan will try to unite Sid and Riddhima, the interns will try to unite Naina (Neha Jhulka) and Yuvi (Sehban Azim). However at the end of this, Sid will get furious over Riddhima yet again, which will ultimately break the patience of Riddhima. She will burst out in anger and tell Sid that if he does not require her in his life, she better walk out of his house. With this, Riddhima will take the major decision of moving out of Sid's house".

This development again shatters Armaan's plans of uniting the married couple. He then will go to meet Sid at his home to convince him to get Riddhima back.

"Here, the creative team is planning a fun sequence wherein the neighbours of Sid misunderstand the relationship between Sid and Armaan, and come to a conclusion that they both are gays", informs our source.

Jennifer Winget And RJ Mantra, New Hosts Of Zara Nachke Dikha

Mohit Sehgal and Sanaya Irani will not be hosting Star Plus' Zara Nachke Dikha from now on, as Jennifer Winget and RJ Mantra step in as new hosts...

The Battle of Sexes – Zara Nachke Dikha on Star Plus has opened to a great response. While the boys and girls teams are packed with some great performers, the same cannot be said of the hosts Mohit Sehgal and Sanaya Irani.

The hosts were found lacking during the shoot of the first two episodes, which forced the channel and production house to think of replacing them.

According to our source, "During the shoot of the first two episodes, Mohit and Sanaya could not put in their punch as hosts. The shoot was delayed a lot as the two had to go thro' too many retakes. Even the judges especially Shilpa Shetty was very much irked, and had even asked the crew to give the hosts some proper rehearsals before they appear on stage the next time".

All this prompted the channel to look for a proper replacement, and they have now managed to get a new set of hosts who will take over from Mohit and Sanaya from the third episode onwards.

According to our source, "Jennifer Winget who is presently seen in Star One's Dill Mill Gaye has proven her worth as host earlier, and will now be seen hosting Zara Nachke Dikha. RJ Mantra who is a very popular RJ at Radio Mirchi will be giving her company".

When contacted, Mohit Sehgal confirmed that Sanaya and he are not hosting ZND, but had a different reason to give. "Yes, it is true that we will not be hosting ZND from the 3rd episode. In fact, we have some issues with the date. We had to continuously shoot for 32 hours for the 1st episode, which hampered our shoot for the Star One show. Above all, the track in Miley Jab Hum Tum is revolving around Sanaya and me; so it gets very difficult to manage both".

A little birdie told us, "The shoot for the 3rd episode is happening today, and it will be Jennifer Winget and RJ Mantra who will be hosting the episode".

We tried contacting Jennifer, but she remained unavailable.

Our efforts to get in touch with Fazila Allana of SOL were in vain. We could not get a confirmation from the channel too.

Ishita Panchal Plans To Unite Sid And Riddhima In Dill Mill Gaye

After the cameo of Sparsh Khanchandani popularly known as Ichcha of COLORS' Uttaran, it is the turn of Tapasya aka Ishita Panchal to play an interesting role in Star One's Dill Mill Gayye, produced by Cinevistaas.

According to our source, "Ishita plays the girl in Sanjeevani Orphanage; her screen name is Tamanna. She had come into the picture earlier when Sid (Karan Wahi) and Riddhima (Jennifer Winget) were together. She is a person who is not aware of the Armaan (Karan Singh Grover) angle in the life of Riddhima. When she sees Armaan and Riddhima together in the orphanage, she does not like this and wants to unite Sid and Riddhima, and keep Armaan away from the lady. So she hatches a plan to unite Sid and Riddhima".

Her role is supposed to be a cameo which will last for nearly a month or so.

When contacted, Ishita's mother confirmed the news and said, "Yes, Ishita is a part of Dill Mill Gaye. She will try to unite Sid and Riddhima and will try to keep Armaan away".

Let's now wait and watch whether the kid succeeds in her plans or not!

undefined Your character of Siddheshwari is turning grey in Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. So what's your take on it?
I think it's going really nice and both as an actor and as a human, one gets bored performing monotonous roles. So a change always adds up to the excitement in the journey of life.

And as per the negativity of the character is concerned, I feel it is not negative on the whole; she is just a part of the wrong things happening around. Siddheshwari is a person who is deprived of many things with respect to her family prestige, and as a human she is just retaliating back.

You were lately seen performing a scene where you were drunk. So how was the experience?
It was nice and a different experience altogether. The only disadvantage was that we had to consume lot of Pepsi (smiles). I am glad that I could give the shot without consuming alcohol.

How do you think your character transition will enhance the present track of the serial?
I think it's filling up the essence of drama in the serial and every new twist takes the track to a different level.

Your fans are still awaiting your comeback on Dill Mill Gaye (DMG), so are there any chances of that happening?
Well actually, they haven't approached me as of now. And I personally feel that the present track in the show is taking absurd turns, and I don't wish to re-join the serial at this juncture. I am sorry to disappoint my fans but I think I had been a part of DMG at its best time, and I hold no regrets for the same.

With whom do you think you share a better on-screen chemistry, Karan Singh Grover or Abhishek Rawat?
As per the popularity factor is concerned, I feel my on-screen chemistry was much better with Karan. But I share more comfort and fun working with Abhishek, both on screen as well as off screen. He's not troublesome in any way.

So did you face any troubles while working with Karan?
(smiles) I can't comment on that.

What was your idea of taking up this role of Siddheshwari after DMG?
Firstly every actor wishes to take up different characters; so I wanted to experiment with my acting skills. Secondly when I was approached for this serial it had a TRP of 3.5 and now it has reached 5, so why not be a part of such a serial. Also the character allowed me to retain my original hair texture, so I was more than happy (smiles).

Now how much do you miss being on the sets of DMG?
Frankly I don't miss it much because the youth based fun and frolic was present only on-screen, while off-screen there used to be lot of confusions on sets. In fact I have more fun on sets of my ongoing serial, and our present enjoyment has over powered all my past memories.

Could you share any memorable incident on the sets of DMG?
I remember the happy time spent with Dr. Kirti aka Sonia Singh.

Any craziest fan mail you have received as of now?
On my Birthday last year, three girls named Neha, Diya and Divya from Delhi sent me a copy of their self written book 'Ehsaas'; it is based on the story of DMG. I was so touched to receive it that I'm still in regular contact with them on a social networking site.

Do people still relate to you as Ridhima?
Yes of course they do. They even sob and enquire about the reasons for leaving DMG, but it's quite flattering.

Do you think that the character of Siddheshwari has created equal excitement in your fans?
I'll leave it to the fans to comment on that. All I have to say is that Agle Janam has a better viewership, as it appeals to the audience of all age groups.

What do you think was the strength of Ridhima's character and that of Siddheshwari?
Ridhima I feel was very level-headed, calm, loving and sweet. Siddheshwari on the other hand is very amusing, completely in love with herself.

What kind of roles are you planning to work on in future?
I wish to get associated with a youth based show, young in all aspects, and would prefer to get a very bubbly, fun character, something more close to myself.

What are you passionate about apart from acting?
I love travelling, especially road trips. I think road journeys are the best; I love to rest at the roadside Dhabas, eat there, ask for lift from commuters when your vehicle fuel tank goes low. I mean all this is splendid experience. Apart from this, I love shopping. I am planning to make a trip to Dubai and London very soon.

How did acting happen to you?
Basically from a young age I always wanted to get into modelling, and my dad was a bit against this aspiration of mine. He wanted me to pursue MBA, but my mom always supported me.

But I never knew how to go about it. And one day it so happened that I was in Mumbai at Leopold Caf and a creative of DMG asked me to audition for the role of Ridhima. I did it and got rejected. Later he approached me again for the show Jersey No.10 on SAB TV. Months after this, I got a call at around 12.30 in the midnight from DMG team, for the same character and I bagged it. And I felt as if I was just destined for that role of Ridhima (smiles).

Any message to your fans...
I would like to thank them for their support and love. Whatever I have achieved today is all due to their support. I would also like to apologize if I have disappointed them in any way, and I promise to keep entertaining you with more convincing characters.

Kapil Nirmal replaces Karan Singh Grover as contestant in Star Plus' Zara Nachke Dikha...

The countdown has begun, as the shoot date of Star Plus' much-awaited Zara Nachke Dikha is getting closer.

However, there have been certain changes in the contestants' line-up and the judging panel.

As reported earlier by us, Karan Singh Grover will not be part of Zara Nachke Dikha.

According to our source, "Replacing him will be Kapil Nirmal who is presently seen in Star Plus' Raja Ki Ayegi Baraat. Karan Singh Grover has submitted his medical reports which notify that he is not fit enough to take to the dancing stage. This prompted the channel and production house to go for a replacement".

In the jury panel, it was earlier decided that Shilpa Shetty, Arshad Warsi and Ganesh Hegde will be judging the show. However, there is a slight change to it. "Ganesh Hegde has opted out of the show for certain reasons, and it will be Vaibhavi Merchant stepping in as judge. The show will now see Shilpa Shetty, Arshad Warsi and Vaibhavi as judges", informs our source.

There was a question mark over Sanaya Irani and Mohit Sehgal hosting the show. "The actors had date problems as a new track around them is being opened up in their show on Star One, Miley Jab Hum Tum. However, things have been worked out now and they will be hosting the show", states our source.

We sent a text message to Kapil Nirmal, but he did not respond.

We tried calling Fazila Allana of SOL for a confirmation but she asked us to talk to the channel on this.

The first episode of Zara Nachke Dikha will be shot on 19th April. The launch of the show will be on May 1st, and will be aired every Saturday and Sunday 9 PM.

Star One's Dill Mill Gayye, produced by Cinevistaas will see a major twist wherein Riddhima (Jennifer Winget) takes the ultimate decision of signing the divorce papers, thus planning to get away from both the men Sid (Karan Wahi) and Armaan (Karan Singh Grover) who have messed up her life!!undefinedFor the uninitiated, while Sid is all set to sacrifice Riddhima for Armaan, Armaan too has decided to move away from the couple for good. But in the process, both Sid and Armaan have hurt the feelings of Riddhima so much, that she is frustrated and wants to get away from their lives.

According to our source, "The coming episodes will see Riddhima eventually signing the divorce papers. She puts the divorce papers in an envelope and asks Armaan to give it to Sid. Sid is shocked to see the signed divorce papers, and he misinterprets things, feels that Riddhima is still in love with Armaan, and that is one reason why she has sent the papers thro' Armaan. But Riddhima does give a piece of her mind to both the men who have been playing with her life".

Back Injury Puts Karan on Bed Rest; Hampers ZND plans?

Karan Singh Grover's Zara Nachke Dikha preparations have received a jolt with the actor suffering a back injury...

Karan Singh Grover fans rejoiced when they heard of his comeback as Dr. Armaan in Star One's Dill Mill Gayye. They had yet another reason to smile when the actor confirmed that he is going to be part of the dance reality show on Star Plus, Zara Nachke Dikha.But there seems to be a setback in Karan's preparations for the show.

A little birdie tells us, "Karan has suffered a major back injury that has restricted his activity as of now. He has not been shooting for Dill Mill Gaye for the past few days, and is advised bed rest by doctors. So it looks unlikely that he will get alright in time to be part of Zara Nachke Dikha".

A point to be noted here is that, Karan was not even seen during the show's press conference. Till date, he has shot only for a promo and was not even seen in the exclusive music video shot at Karjat. While all the other contestants are making it count at the rehearsal halls, Karan has never been seen shaking his leg.

A contestant of Zara Nachke Dikha on terms of anonymity told us, "Yes, it is true that Karan has suffered a back injury which has forced him to be on bed rest. We have not seen him at the rehearsals, so this makes us wonder whether he will be fit enough to take part in the show".

An actor from the sets of Dill Mill Gaye also confirmed that Karan has suffered a back injury and is not shooting for the show.

The birdie told us, "There was a stage rehearsal organized yesterday for all the contestants, and Karan's absence was felt. But this does not mean that Karan has backed out of the show. There is a possibility that Karan be kept away from the dance floor for the initial episodes, as the concept gives room for a select few to perform every week. This will surely give more time for Karan to recover".

A person close to Karan though told us that, "Karan will not be part of Zara Nachke Dikha as he cannot continue dancing with the back injury suffered".

However, a spokesperson from the channel told us that, "These are all speculations. Karan is very much part of Zara Nachke Dikha".

When contacted, Fazila Aleena of SOL told us, "This is news to me. I really do not have any idea about Karan's injury. You are giving me a shock now".

Our attempts to get in touch with Karan Singh Grover directly were in vain.

A chat with Drashti Dhami aka Geet of Star One’s new show Geet Hui Sabse Parayi...

Drashti Dhami after portraying the role of Dr. Muskaan on Dil Mill Gaye returns in the shy role of Geet on Endemol, 4 Lions Films and Star One's new show that goes by the same name.

She explains how she was apprehensive of taking up this role initially. She also candidly tells how she has been dodging her mother's many attempts at getting her married and how the reason for that is not her boyfriend!

How did you bag the role of Geet?
I went to auditions for this particular role. But once in the audition hall, when I got an idea of what Geet is like, I got nervous. But anyhow I gave the auditions and I got selected. But even after getting selected I wasn't confident I could do justice to the character because honestly Geet is very unlike me. But thanks to Nisaar, Gul and my camera person Rishi I learnt everyday what Geet is all about and did all I can to bring her alive onscreen.

You did very well in your debut show Dil Mill Gaye. So why such apprehensiveness on your second show?
See, in Dil Mil Gaye, I played Muskaan. A very vivacious and bubbly character. I'm as flamboyant as her. So it was relatively easier to assume and have the confidence that I can play her part. And when your mind says so, voila, it's so much easier. But in Geet's case, she walks different. She talks different. Everything about her is demure and subtle. There are days when I'm brash about certain gestures and someone has to remind me – 'Geet doesn't flip her hand that way' and I'm like 'Oh yes, sorry'. So you see the fact that I couldn't relate much to Geet made me afraid of taking her up as I'm not so eager about challenges.

Do you feel Geet represents the woman of today?
Geet represents a lot of women who are independent but not beyond their families. They are independent enough to complete their education and have fun with their girlfriends. But when it comes to have a say in who they want to get married to and where they want to get settled after marriage, they really don't go beyond their parents' choice. She doesn't have the strength to rebel against her parents.

Have you witnessed post-marital abandonment or harassment?
Actually, not amongst people who are too close. But I have heard about these incidents happening.
What about your upbringing, rural or urban?
I'm a Mumbai girl. I've been born and brought up in Borivli. I did my BA from Mithibai college majoring in sociology. And I used to be a part-time dance instructor for kids. So that's just about my upbringing.

How did acting happen to you?
Well, it so happened that when Crossword Mall got launched, my friend had an audition scheduled there. So I out of curiosity more about the mall tagged along. And then it so happened that the people there said anyone is free to give auditions. I simply went in for the auditions and got selected! That was my first print ad for a Scooty. Later lots of ads and music videos came along. Saiyaan dil mein aana re got me to another level. And then DMG happened.

What is better ads, music videos or television soaps?
Ads anytime! Because for ads you get to travel a lot. You get to be different every time.
Do you miss DMG?
Yes I miss DMG a lot because it was like a bunch of freaks put together. We were all of the same age and we used to have a blast during the shoots. And if it's a night shoot then it's a wild night out! But even my Geet family is very loving especially the senior star cast. So it's been good here too.

What is your idea of marriage?
My idea of marriage is lots of love with lots of responsibilities. It's a huge commitment and I'm not ready for that yet (laughs). And my idea of an ideal marriage would be Monday to Friday with mummy and Saturday –Sunday with hubby!

What about home turf? Are you under pressure to get married?
Yes, I'm 26 and like any other mother my mom is after me to get married. The typical…MBA pass, NRI etc. but I just put it off.
So is she unhappy with you working and putting off marriage?
No, my mom is happy to see me onscreen (smiles).
Are you seeing someone?
Noooo…I don't have a boyfriend!

Shilpa Anand Considered To Play Riddhima?

Well, Dill Mil Gaye is again in the headlines, and this time the news is that the show is looking for a new Riddhima...

While the fans of Karan Singh Grover have not yet finished partying after getting their handsome hunk back again in Star One's Dill Mil Gaye, there comes this news that the show will get back its original Riddhima i.e. Shilpa Anand.

For the uninitiated, Shilpa Anand and Karan Singh Grover shared an amazing on screen chemistry earlier, after which Shilpa was replaced by Sukirti Khandpal. After the stint of Sukirti as Riddhima, came in Jennifer Winget.And now it looks as though there is every chance of Shilpa Anand getting back her prized role. And the reason stated is that Jennifer Winget's contract apparently ends in April, and the actress has expressed her desire not to renew it any further.
According to our reliable source, "The production house asked an actor cum friend of Shilpa Anand to enquire whether she is interested in getting back to the show. Shilpa had a talk with the concerned people thro' a series of text messages, and even expressed her desire to get back to the show. She has also given her quotation to the production house, and is now waiting for them to get back to her".

Our source also tells us that, "It is not only Shilpa Anand who has been approached. Panchi Bora who was last seen in Kayamath is also in talks with the production house for the role of Riddhima. However, a decision has not been taken by the production house and channel".

When we questioned Jennifer about her contract expiring, she said, "I don't know from where these rumours are coming up. My contract is not ending in April, and I am not leaving DMG".

Shilpa Anand on her part confirmed that, "Yes, the production house approached me thro' one of my friends, to get back as Riddhima. I have accepted the offer and have sent them my quotation. They have to get back to me now".

We contacted Panchi Bora who said, "Yes, I have been approached for Dill Mil Gaye. As of now, I am in Australia and will be talking to them once I get back".

We tried calling Palki Malhotra, Script Head, but she remained unavailable.

We now wonder whether the 'suspense' factor that is always a part of all DMG news is actually its USP!

Sunaina Gulia of Dill Mil Gaye fame, will be seen in an episode of Sony's CID, where she plays Daya's girl friend...

Sunaina Gulia, Dr. Anjali in Star One's Dill Mil Gaye has recently got back from her Brazil trip, and is now waiting for good offers to come her way.

The tall and good-looking actress will be seen in an episode of Sony's CID, produced by Fireworks Productions where she plays the girl friend of Daya (Daya Shetty). The episode will be aired this Friday, 19th March.

According to our source, "Sunaina plays Purbhi, the girl friend of CID officer Daya. Purbhi seeks Daya's help as two of her brothers have got killed under mysterious circumstances. There will be a twist in the tale when Daya gets to know that a CID officer in his team is actually involved in the killing of Purbhi's brothers".

When called, Sunaina confirmed the news and said, "Yes, I will be seen for an episode in CID, where I play the girl friend of Daya. There is a problem that the girl has in her family, and she takes the help of the CID team".

The creative team has no plans of extending the role of Purbhi beyond an episode, but have kept the character open, in case they wish to bring the love life of Daya back to the show.

The episode featuring Sunaina Gulia will be aired on 19th March.

How is it to get back to Dill Mil Gaye?
It's really awesome to be back. I'm just so astonished to see that the crew has built such a huge set for my comeback episode. I feel like I have come back home after a long time. All my prayers and your prayers have been answered (smiles). So I'm back.

When did you decide to make a comeback to the show?
My come back on the show was confirmed even before my exit episode. But only the exact episode wasn't decided. We've been working on the story-line for quite sometime, and now finally we mutually decided that this is the right time for me to come back.According to reports, you were in talks with the channel and production house from a long time, and you were to get back exactly during Riddhima and Sid's marriage. Why did that not happen?
Actually at that time there were lot of speculations about my come back. But if I would have entered at that time then there wouldn't be anything new happening. So we thought that when Riddhima fosters some feelings for her husband (Sid), that will be the right time for her true love (Armaan) to come back. This would create real drama.

How is it to get back working with your co stars in Dill Mil Gaye?
It's a great feeling to get back. But not all are there from the previous batch except for Jennifer (Riddhima) and Pankit(Atul). We all have been friends for a long time now, and I hope they also come back on the show.

What do you have to say about the new interns who are now part of the show?
I have met the new interns too. They all are a cool bunch of people and they have done a fantastic work on sets during my absence, and I hope it continues.

Are you aware that your fans sent out a huge petition to the channel and production house to get you back?
Yes, I'm very much aware about it. I have been receiving lots of messages on personal level through social networking sites like facebook, my personal blog site. Fans have even posted letters at my house, even the Cinevistaas team has been informing me of it. I'm really touched to know that my viewers missed me a lot. And trust me I really wanted to come back too.

Explain to us Armaan's comeback track or scene.
Basically, now that Riddhima is married to Sid, she has also started liking him. But after Armaan's comeback there would be a love triangle happening. As a character I don't blame Riddhima for her choice because, as I was away for a long time, she was left with no option but to move on. The further story is not yet decided, but we can always say that we like to show what the viewers like to see.

Viewers will no longer see Armaan and Riddhima chemistry as Riddhima is now married. So what is your take on this?
In television industry or any industry for the matter of fact, the producer always tries to deliver what the audience likes and wants at the end of the day. So if the viewers want to see Riddhima and Armaan's on screen chemistry, then let's just hope for the best.

So does it mean we will see sparks flying between Riddhima and Armaan now?
See, actually nothing is yet decided, but surely there would be a love triangle happening. And Armaan and Riddhima's love story or their feelings for each other is like never-ending in DMG.

Is it true that you have signed for Zara Nachke Dikha the reality on Star Plus? Will you be hosting it or taking part as contestant. Confirm.
Aah..! That's a suspense though (smiles). Dancing has become my new passion these days, even though I'm not that good at it. Still I'll be taking part as a contestant in the show and not hosting it this year. However, the channel hasn't confirmed that to me yet.

What were you doing in your break?
For the last five months, I have just been vacationing in Goa and Delhi. This is the longest break I have taken since the last four and half years. I have been busy with DMG, Jhalak Dikhlaja and Zara Nachke Dikha. It has been non-stop work for me for a long time. So it was a much needed break.

Why did you plan to get back to DMG and not take up a brand new show?
DMG is very close to my heart, the youth spark in this serial just keeps me attached to it. I have put all my heart and efforts to give my best to this show. And I have always been telling my viewers that if I do television, then I'll surely be doing DMG; it's not that I'm not open to other offers but DMG would be my first priority.

Do you really feel that Armaan-Riddhima chemistry is much more than what Riddhima-Sid chemistry is?
If I say anything right now then it would be a very biased answer. I think we should leave it the audience to decide. (giggles)

Will you also want the show to end with a Riddhima Armaan union, just like your fans feel?
I would like the show to have a happy ending. Hopefully it doesn't end very soon. Ya, it is true that a happy ending leaves one with a happy feeling. And people like it that way.

Tell us about the ups and downs in your personal life? How is life after filing for divorce with Shraddha?
I think every person has some ups and downs in their lives and I tried dealing with it the best way I could. I understand that my fans are concerned and care about me and want to know more of it. But at the end of the day, it's my personal life and I want to keep to myself.

What are your future plans when it comes to television?
I don't plan anything, I just accept life as it comes. Right now there's lot of things happening around, DMG and Zara Nachke Dikha Season 2. So I'll be busy again all day long.

Is it true that the Bollywood movies that had come to you are not happening now?
They are not happening now. We have re-scheduled everything, I can't give you exact dates as of now but they have been postponed.

What are your plans when it comes to Nicole and your apparent relationship?

Zara Nachke Dikha is back with its second season, and as many as 25 celebrities have been approached for the show...

Zara Nachke Dikha, the unique reality show produced by SOL that put the Boys against Girls is back again with its second season!! However, the second season unlike the first, will be aired on Star Plus. The first season was aired on Star One.

There are a total of 25 celebrities who have been approached to participate, of whom the final ones will be chosen.

The big news is that Karan Singh Grover who had hosted the first season along with Shweta Gulati might now be taking part in the show.

According to our source, "Both the guys from Dill Mill Gaye, Karan Singh Grover and Karan Wahi might be seen in the show. If all goes well, Karan Singh Grover might be seen participating, with Karan Wahi hosting it".

When contacted, Karan Wahi told us, "I was earlier approached to take part in the show. But the production house and channel told me that they would rather want me to host the show. I have given my look test, but nothing is final as of now".

Karan Singh Grover on his part said, "Yes, in all probability I will be taking part in the show".

A little birdie told us, "Kashmera Shah and Krushna Abhishek have been approached, same with Rakhi Sawant and Abhishek Awasthi. Shaleen Bhanot and Daljit Kaur have also been approached. Angad Hasija, Parul Chauhan, Shilpa Anand, Kritika Kamra, Paresh Ganatra, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Aamir Ali have also been approached".

Kashmera Shah though has taken up another show on Imagine, but Krushna Abhishek has mostly agreed to be part of the show. Abhishek Awasthi has refused to be part of the show, while Rakh Sawant can be seen in it.

Shaleen Bhanot told us, "No, I do not know what the show is all about".

Sanjeeda Sheikh it is heard, has opted to take up Zara Nachke Dikha and has refused the Big Synergy show. But Sanjeeda denied accepting Zara Nachke Dikha when we called us.

Angad on his part told us, "Talks are on, but nothing is finalized".

In today's fast-paced, fast-food culture, it's all too easy to starve your body of the nutrition it requires. And if one has to stay away from home for most time of the day due to professional reasons, then for them remaining healthy is a greater task. But then we also have people in the television industry like Sukriti and Vindhya who against all odds have found ways to keep themselves healthy.

When inquired with Sukriti she gleefully replied that, "I'm very hygiene and calorie conscious and prefer carrying all my nutritional food from home itself".

Also she strictly consumes protein rich diet which she feels stays missing in the food served on sets. Ask her about the items that her food basket comprises of and she is quick to say, "Bread, fruits, biscuits, Paratha's and Bhaji, roti cooked specially by my mother are enough for all the cast members. I am also a coffee and cheese sandwich lover, so to fulfill this need I even carry a coffee kitten and toaster and prepare it myself, whenever I feel like having some". She even giggled saying that, "Shekhar aka Abhishek Rawat and other co-actors love her egg bites sandwich".

Later when we articulated with Vindhya Tiwari aka Jamuni, she did accede to the health and hygiene conscious quotient and added that, "Even I carry Tropicana fresh juices and seasonal fruits and sprouts occasionally. The boy who comes with me to the sets cooks amazing sprout salad that's loved by all. Healthy food in fact keeps me energetic even during the hectic schedules and helps me deliver my best".

In short, the glam girls Sukirti Khandpal and Vindhya Tiwari are happy when they come to the sets with their food basket, and also have a merry time sharing it with each other. Also the food basket which was laughed on by the co-actors earlier, is now indeed what the same people eagerly wait on for during every shoot.

Finally, the wait is over, and Karan Singh Grover gets back to Star One's Dill Mill Gaye.

This time around, the loyal fans of Karan Singh Grover can surely rejoice as their favourite Dr. Armaan is getting back to Star One's Dill Mill Gaye, produced by Cinevistaas.
Even the last time around, We had written a story which said that Karan would get back to the show, right on time to stop the marriage of Riddhima (Jennifer Winget) and Sid (Karan Wahi). But things did not fall in place for Karan then, and his comeback did not happen.

But now, he is certainly coming back and news has got a confirmation on this.

According to our source, "Talks about Karan Singh Grover's comeback were on for quite a while now. But things got finalized day before yesterday, and the higher authorities from the channel and production house got into a consensus that they will bring Armaan back into the show".

Now that Sid and Riddhima are married, and when Riddhima is gradually getting closer to her husband, things will take a drastic turn when she comes face to face with her first love, Armaan.

Elaborating on Armaan's comeback our source states, "Armaan had been suffering from a psychotic disorder all this while, and he was not at all responding to treatment. He believed that Riddhima had not survived the accident, and this very thought of losing her had made him physically weak, and he did not have the urge to survive and fight the battle against the illness. But things took a different turn when Armaan saw Riddhima in Panchgani; this motivated him to get better in health. Even when the doctors thought that Armaan would never get back to sanity, Armaan's health condition improved, and he is now back".

"After getting fit, Armaan organizes this Nationwide Concert where his aim is to raise funds for people who suffer from such psychotic illness, and his last destination happens to be Mumbai. This is where he gets back to Sanjeevani", adds our source.

"Armaan being what he is, comes back to Sanjeevani all excited, with a hope of getting back the love of his life. But he is completely shattered when he gets to know that Riddhima has in fact married Sid. The moment he realizes that Riddhima is married, he will want to leave the place forever. But it is Dr. Shashank who again makes him stay in the hospital, and Armaan joins Sanjeevani as a doctor", further informs our source.

The coming track will see some breathtaking chemistry between Armaan, Riddhima and Sid. Now that Riddhima has transformed into the typical wife, she will also not be comfortable in the presence of Armaan. On the other hand, Armaan too will not like to come between Riddhima and Sid. But Armaan and Riddhima chemistry being so powerful will compel them to revisit their past memories, which can never be forgotten.

We got a confirmation from Palki Malhorta, Script Head, Cinevistaas, "Yes, Karan Singh Grover is back to the show. He will be starting shoot with us in a day or two. His comeback will really bring some great sequences between Armaan-Riddhima-Sid".

As per the latest reports, Karan has already shot for his comeback promo that will go on air very soon. He will be starting shoot either today or tomorrow.

We also got to know that the news about a love track emerging between Armaan and Suvarna (Madhura Naik) is not true at all, and this development is not on the cards. Palki Malhotra too accepted that this was false news.

No more Dr. Atul In Sanjeevani

According to the latest news, its Pankit Thakker aka Dr. Atul Joshi of Dill Mill Gayye who has his stay on the show over. Yes Dr. Atul Joshi will soon make an exit from the show.

Pankit says " Yes it is true , you guys will never be able to see Dr. Atul in the show henceforth , I know you guys must be feeling sad, but this is how life is .." He adds " For me personally it will be very difficult to move on as this has been my most memorable work that I have done so far. I had never thought I will be able to do comedy , but with this show I have grown as an artiste and as a person.; and the kind of love that u all have given me; I just cannot express it in words"
After the 2nd season had started Pankit was one among the few actors who were retained in the show from the 1st season. His exit will definitely be a shocker for the DMG fans and especially when Armaan is back in the show.

On a last note , Pankit says "I will try and keep myself happy with all the beautiful memories of DMG that I have stored in my heart. Love you all , miss me and please don't forget me ! "

The latest news doing the rounds suggests that Karan Singh Grover will be back on Star One’s Dill Mill Gaye. This time he will be paired opposite Madhura Naik who has entered the show as Dr Siddhant’s (Karan Wahi) sister.

Grover was last seen as an anchor on Indya Rocks, Colors. He was also in news for his marriage going kaput with Shraddha Nigam. Since then he has been lying low on the social circuit.

The news is that he will be brought back on public demand. Also Madhura and he will shoot their scenes separately and not with the other star cast of the show. A source informs, “Even we have heard that he is coming back but I think all these are just rumors. He was very popular and had a long female fan following. The show is not doing very well after his track ended and hence all these rumors are coming up.”

The source adds, “His dummy has been shooting for his scenes and now that Riddhima and Siddhant are married, there are very few chances of him coming back.”

Another source informs, “Karan wants to come back and even the channel wants him on the show, but the production house, Cinevistaas, is not at all in a forgiving mood. But talks are on for sure and it seems that he might come back. Things are not yet finalised and it will get clear in a day or two.”

If not an actor, Sukirti Khandpal swears she would've been a jewelry designer, because she loves everything about them.Sukirti tells us, "If not an actress I would have definitely been a jewelry designer. I love them and I think I pretty much know everything about them. My curiosity about all the precious stones and the different kinds of art when it comes to crafting jewelry made me learn everything about it. I know about their cut, carat, clarity and the other nuances that are involved when it comes to jewelries. I love diamonds and have gifted myself loads of diamond rings. I also am fond of the jadau type of jewelry."

Apparently, Sukirti wants to formalize her passion. She tells us, "I want to study jewelry designing from a proper institute. But we have such weird schedules I don't how I'm going to attend the classes (laughs)."

Interior designing is another thing that makes Sukirti's creative juices flow. "I do have an interest in interior designing. When it comes to doing up a place, I know exactly what I want. I like the British style of interiors…very classy…you know a Victorian touch. I like the pastel shades, huge beds and crystal chandeliers. I really don't like the Indian way for interiors," she signs off.

According to our source, "Sonia Singh has started shoot, and her entry will be aired on Monday. Her character name is Neelam, whose family accepts Pankaj as their son-in-law. Soon the roka ceremony of Pankaj and Neelam will be shown, and their marriage will also happen".

The upcoming track will focus on Pankaj and Jyoti taking their individual stands for their future.

Giving more detail on Neelam's character, our source states, "Neelam will neither be a completely positive nor a negative character. She will react differently depending on the situations she is put into".
